6pm EST on Tuesday, February 12, using the 2-3 Day Service.
6pm EST on Wednesday, February 13, using the Overnight Service.

Please keep in mind that UPS deliveries can be completed at any time between 9am and 7pm, often in the later afternoon for residential locations.
