This one pound assortment of chocolates are made without added sugar. These pieces contain the sweeteners: maltitol and sorbitol. There are about 40 pieces per pound.

The assortment consists of six pieces:

Ganache Vanilla - covered with dark chocolate, decorated with a flower and filled with a vanilla flavoured ganache.
Manon Blanc - covered with white chocolate, decorated with a flower and filled with Manon coffee and praliné cream.
Pear Mousse - covered with milk chocolate, decorated with a flower and filled with a pear flavoured ganache.
Praliné Dark Nibs - covered with dark chocolate, decorated with a flower and filled with a praliné and nibs.
Praliné Milk - covered with milk chocolate, decorated with a flower and filled with a pure praliné..
Praliné Puffed Rice - covered with white chocolate, decorated with a flower and filled with praline and puffed rice.
